1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website (slidedose.com) and any services provided by Slidedose ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Description of Service

Slidedose provides an AI-powered software tool that allows users to brainstorm TikTok hook topics, save ideas, upload cover images, and automatically generate multi-slide carousels/slideshows formatted for TikTok Photo Mode and other social media channels.

3. User Accounts & Credit System

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The service operates on a credit system. Generating slideshow carousels consumes credits from your account balance. Credits are non-refundable and hold no monetary value outside the platform.

4. User-Generated Content & Image Uploads

You may upload cover images to our service. By uploading any content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to process the uploaded images.
  • The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • The content does not contain sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, or illegal material.

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to remove any user content that violates these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Output

Our service utilizes artificial intelligence models (including OpenAI and Replicate/Grok) to generate slide text and background images. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be unique, and other users may generate similar content.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the copyrightability, uniqueness, or trademark availability of any AI-generated outputs.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and legality of the generated slides before publishing them to social media.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee on a periodic basis. Due to the high server costs associated with AI generation, all purchases and credit consumption are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Slidedose AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS (SHADOWBANS, SUSPENSIONS, OR ALGORITHMIC PENALTIES), LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slidedose from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
