  • Billing Data: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or collect your payment card details; they are provided directly to Stripe.

B. User Content & Uploads

  • Uploaded Images: If you upload a cover image to guide the AI, that image is uploaded and stored securely in our Cloudflare R2 object storage. We process it solely to analyze its style and generate background graphics for your slides.
  • Input Topics: We store the topics, prompts, and slide text you generate to allow you to edit, save, and export your slide decks.

C. Automatically Collected Data

  • Usage Analytics: We use PostHog to analyze user behavior, interactions, page views, and errors to improve the platform's user experience.
  • IP Addresses & Logs: We collect IP addresses temporarily for security, rate limiting, and spam prevention.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to run our service:

  • OpenAI: To analyze image styles and generate slide outlines.
  • Replicate: To run the image generation models (like Grok) to create slide backgrounds.
  • Cloudflare R2: To store your uploaded cover images.
  • Stripe: To process subscription billing and credit transactions.
  • PostHog: For product analytics and tracking website metrics.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access / Know: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Deletion / Erasure: Request that we delete your account and all associated personal data. You can delete your uploaded images and decks inside the dashboard.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of cookies or tracking using your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and uploaded content only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. You can delete your slide decks or delete your account entirely at any time, which will remove your stored data from our active databases.

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
